Toast, fig preserves, donuts, pancakes, rice, and 2 Brown Cow Juniors instead of just 1 a day. This has been my downfall.
I'm feeling motivated to clean up my act right now. I had to get a bunch of clothes a size up so I bought everything at wally world to save money. I did this thinking that I wouldn't want to invest much in clothes that I intend to be too small for in the near future. At the rate I'm going, I'll need to invest in another size up.
I've lost my confidence. I saw a few pics of myself from our recent trip to Y-stone and it was shocking. You don't really notice how bad things are in the mirror, but the camera doesn't lie.
I guess I'm shallow for letting my appearance have such an effect on my mood, but it does. I feel unattractive. And my liver hurts and I'm tired.
Time to start over. I'll walk the stairs 20 times today. At least I'm still wearing the fitbit so I can keep up with it. I'll forgo the carbs today too.
