I'm feeling much better today. So, I'm hoping that this weekend I'll get my workouts in and have some will power to eat well also. I won't get a workout in today since I didn't get out of bed this morning to do one. My BIL and his girlfriend are coming over for dinner, right after I get off work, and will probably stay well into the night. They are great people though, so I'm going to just relax and take the evening as it comes and have fun.
This weekend I'm going to get back to it. I haven't worked out since Monday so I have to get it done this weekend. The kids start school next week too, so I'm hoping that getting back into that mode of feeling rushed will be a good thing so I wake up earlier to workout. My eating in the evenings has been horrible too. I was doing better, then something happened and I got back into my old habits, like taking seconds for dinner and eating way too many snacks after dinner. I don't know what's going on, but I hope getting back into the school routine and busy evenings will help to calm my eating down.
