I have been feeling so much better...better than ever on Atkins. I wonder if I had a food allergy or some sugar issue. I used to get shakey and feel sick throughout the day and now, few weeks of limiting carbs, and I feel G-R-E-A-T! This is definitely my way of life forever! I did go to Chuck E Cheese with my lil guy last night and had a few pieces of pizza...felt like crap afterward. Next time I will go ahead and spend that extra $7 for the salad :) Lesson learned.
