Still a very healthy BMI in the picture on the left. I admire to dedication. It was easier for me. I live on my own in a wee Scottish village, no takeaways unless I go trout fishing 🎣 No shops open late either so if I don’t have it in the cupboard I can’t eat it. Dieters with kids and unsupportive partners must have a great resolve. You’ve smashed it. Respect. x 👌
