I stayed home from work sick yesterday, but after sleeping most of the day away yesterday I'm feeling a little better today. I am getting more tired as the day goes on, but I feel like yesterday did me some good. I didn't eat the best yesterday, but I just need to pick myself up today and do better. I know I'll do better because I've got my lunch and snacks all planned out already.
A walk might do me good tonight too because I haven't been exercising this week because of not feeling well, we'll see how tired I am. It may be in my head, but my dog was looking at me yesterday evening with these sad eyes because he is missing our walks. I'm not going to push it if I'm too tired, but I can probably at least take him around the block.
