Doing hCG again. It worked last time I lost about 40 pounds in two months. That is my goal this time 40 to 50 pounds in two months. I start the very low calorie diet tomorrow I am so full right now I’m trying to get all of my loading in. But I am extremely full and sleepy. But I am going to finish that cheesecake I’m trying to finish these chips. But it is kind of hard because I can already feel the effects of the hCG. I’m so excited

Have you thought about maybe trying something where you can maintain the loss. Doing such low calories will make you gain it all again easily... I think
