Sometimes I just hate automobiles!!!

Thank heavens it decided to break down just as we were getting home last night from shopping!! The flywheel on the powersteering pump broke and cut the belt. SOOOOO...$100 later the hubster is out side putting a new belt and pump on. He had to send the flywheel(new) and pump up to a friend to have them put it on for us. (the pump doesn't come with one on.)

I am really glad this didn't happen on the way to PA today!! Or even when we were in Clarksburg the other night!!! Most especially the other day when I told the hubby about the "catch" when you turned the wheel!! We were just up the road from home last night, and I had asked him about the problem, and said " could it be the power steering pump?" and bang...Loud whirring noise, battery light comes on and all that!!!

Me and my big mouth!!! lol!! Oh well, Sh*t happens! Its getting fixed, we had a little extra money. Its all good!!!

That leads me into when things break, its not the end of the world!!! Sometimes you mess up on your diet. Sometimes you try and try and try, and you just can't seem to move that needle!!! You've hit a plateau! We all hit those plateaus at one time or other. Don't get discouraged, and don't quit!!

All you need to do, is take a step back, and readjust yourself. Take a deep breath!!! Realize that it is NOT the end of the world!! Calm down. This is just reality showing itself. Look at what you have been doing lately. Are you in a repeating cycle?? Are you just going through the motions???

Your body needs to readjust to the new weight, and sometimes this ends up as a plateau. Wait a week. If you don't lose, look at your calorie intake. You might just have to drop it a little, to start losing again.

Time for me to get everything together. Then its put it all in the car, and off we go!!
