totally blew my diet yesterday, beginning with breakfast, out to lunch for Merry's birthday lunch (spinach salad with hot greasy bacon dressing, LOTS of blue cheese spread with umpteen crackers, and a banana muffin to top it off. Out to dinner later with client, lobster bisque, NY srip streak with some kind of gooey potato au gratin, green beans,carrots, breat, and of course creme brule (sp??) to end the night. Amazing I only gained 2.2 pounds....Yikes, what a day, it sure was yummy, though.
