I'd like to say that all i consumed was 600 calories but i don't have a lot of info for the foods i ate. i splurged a bit at a party and had little sandwiches, i did go for the turkey ones, had some cheese and 2 crakers - had about 4 small quiche's and that was it. i guess it could have been worse. trust me i was tempted. I also made turkey chili with about 4 different kinds of beans - had a bowl of that - Even though i wasn't strict with the foods i ate, i could have done much worse. So i ended up having some peanut m & m's and the good news is that they made me sick. i felt so yuk that i won't be have any more any time soon. did over 2 hours on wii fit to make up for it.
