what a day I did great all morning, lunch horrible, and supper great and I think I'm still within my points or within a couple. Which is great and just proves that even though you blow one meal you can great right back on track!! That is amazing that I've finally figured that one out instead of "I blew lunch I can blow the whole day" that would have been my mentality in the past.
