Yesterday, IF, 90 protein, 122 fat, 28 carbs, turkey and cheese, protein bar, muscle milk, hemp oil twice, mct twice, folio wrap, jello, nuts before bed
70.2 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
