My oldest son was visiting which meant lots of eating out and big breakfasts cooked at home. So I probably had a cheat food or two on most days this past week. But it wasn't particularly harmful since I did lose a pound.

I also have not been able to exercise. I had surgery last week to replace my defibrillator and have been very sore. I'm also not allowed to lift anything with my Left arm so no weights.

Hopefully things are going to turn around soon.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
