Good morning FSers!!
It's quite a dreary day here. It's raining and pouring and the kids just went off to school. I will be doing a few things around the house this morning and then off to Curves I go. I have to pick a few things up at Walmart and so on.
I am just discusted with myself. I am up 7 oz. this am. I don't get it. I am really working hard. I just need to get the food under control better. I will be picking up some items today at the store. I need to stock up on some more good choices. I don't feel like I have been doing all that bad. I have not howevever, been recording all my food like I was. I know that helps me tremendously.
I am putting off my weigh in until tomorrow am. I am hoping for a change on the scale. We'll see!!
I went through my closet and cleared out a bunch of stuff. I have two large bags to go to consignment and goodwill. Did anyone hear anything more about the clothing exchange on here?
