I normally enter my food at the beginning of the day so that I can plan out what I'm going to have, but this is one of those days when I waited till the end of the day and wow am I surprised to see how many calories I consumed. I mostly try to concern myself with staying under 30 grams of carbs per day, but I also do look at portion size and kinda pay attention to the calories. I thought I had done reasonably well until I actually entered everything.....and not so good on the calorie intake today. I also haven't done too good drinking water the past couple of days. I will get right back on track tomorrow.....Or I mean today. I just noticed that it is after midnight. Guess I should go to bed. Night!

The calorie intake isn't as bad as it looks :) One day at a time and yes it is difficult and there will be days like this LOL! Good luck!
