If you go back on Phase 1 for a week those pounds & cravings will disappear once again. You know life happens & it's really hard to sit there & drink a wine spritzer & gnaw on celery while everyone else gets to eat & drink all the "good Stuff"!!

Rather than punishing yourself for not being perfect,Congratulate yourself on your progress. Something is better than nothing.

Well, we all can't be perfect. Maybe next time plan ahead and have good food around. My family had a tradition of serving chili on super bowl sunday, and if you make it right, that's perfectly ok on SB. And hey, this one little gain is just a tiny little blip on your weight loss radar!

Hi there,
Sent you an email to say because I wanted to say thanks for commenting on my page, even though I hadn't been on for a while. I think we're alike... we try, we fail, we try again, we beat ourselves up just because we're not adhering to something perfectly. I can only say what others say to me and I know it's true (and you do too), even though we don't believe it when we're feeling down: do not beat yourself up. You are not your willpower. You are not your weight. You are you, and YES, we know we will FEEL better and hopefully look better with a few pounds shed, but you are still you and we all will punish ourselves for some conceived notion of being 'imperfect'. Hang in there - you are here aren't you, sharing with other people? That's good enough to start. I will try to hang in there too.
Tell me, how difficult is the South Beach.. is it easy or hard?
