ok seriously it is time for me to get back into the right frame of mind!! I've had 4 bad days and I know its setting me back and when I ask myself "why am I doing this, why am I eating this?" I can't even give myself a good answer and since I'm doing this for me, it seems like I should be able to. I don't know. So far today I'm back on track and going to stay there!! Two steps forward and three steps back just doesn't work. I owe myself more than that!
