Good Moring FSers!
I have been trying to work on eating thoughtfully and stopping before I am full. I don't know why that can be so hard!!!
I did Pilates two days ago to try to mix up my routine a bit. I did about an hour. It didn't seem like it was that tough at the time. OOOOO Doggy! I am feelin' it now!!
Today, I have a bit of runnning to do and I plan on doing a video this afternoon.

I hate those surprise workouts - you feel great and then the next day, SURPRISE! Everything hurts! Do some extra stretches and some gentle exercise and the soreness will dissipate.
