All around bad weekend. I had done so good for so long and its like I threw 3 weeks of hard work and dedication away for a weekend of eating and drinking. Its a good thing I only weigh in once a week on Saturday, however I went a whole week last week and didn't lose anything which gave me a bad attitude for the weekend. But I will prevail and get right back on track this week and work harder to lose this weight and hopefully Saturday will give me some good news. Hope all had a better weekend than I did!
