Another snack attack night for me last night. I've got to cut that out! Something must be bothering me, I need to do some reflection I think. My hubby will be home tonight, so that usually deters my snacking because I'd be too embarrassed to eat that much with him around.

I did get my workout in last night, so that was good. I'm going to workout tonight after work again. I'm enjoying getting my workouts in, I feel so much better and stronger when they're done. Whenever I tell my hubby that I'm going to workout he keeps me accountable to do it, so I made sure to tell him this morning because I'm feeling kind of lazy today. My joints have been achy lately, so it's been hard for me to get motivated. I just have to keep thinking about how good I feel after the workout.

I bought myself a some vitamins that the doctor suggested and started taking them yesterday, so maybe those will make me feel better too. I'm going to try to monitor how I'm feeling for the next couple of weeks and see if they make things any better.

Okay enough of my ramblings. Have a great Hump Day!!

My joints have been bothering me too! Wondering if there is something I eat that affects it. I started taking tart cherry juice and I feel like it has made a difference, my knees feel a lot better, today it is my finger joints, what the heck, they usually don't bother me at all! I did have chicken fried rice for lunch and it was super salty and my right foot was pretty swollen when I got home, wonder if the sodium could be a factor? What kind of vitamins are you taking?

Sometime when I get hungry at night I just go to bed lol. It's easier to sleep it away than to try to battle it on the couch. Lots of water for the joints, and lots of stretching after workouts. I have some cartilage damage in my right knee and it gets achy from time to time. I take glucosamine chondroitin and It seems to help. :-) Happy hump day!

Skirch- I'm taking Zinc a couple times per week and Vitamin D, and a multi-vitamin. The salt may be a factor if you're swelling. I have some arthritis issues with my knees and they have been really achy. I've tried the glucosamine and chondroitin, but for some reason the kind I tried really upset my stomach, so I've had a hard time making myself go back and try another kind. :)

Hope you get all the aches figured out. Maybe it's the achy joints that's making you snack or making you feel run down. Wishing you willpower! Someone just suggested I buy hershey dark chocolate kisses and throw them in the freezer then only allow myself one a day as my treat so I don't feel deprived. Either it will work..or I won't have any teeth because I tried to eat an entire bag of frozen kisses.
