Started out great today but...midday I just felt like eating and instead of being strong, I ATE!!! Felt like crap and guilty, guilty, guilty. But then my 11 year old said "mom wanna play catch?" which turned into a football game two on two. Him and his 8 year old brother, and me and my 4 year old son. Talk about a workout!! Not fair teams but good for me I actually moved. Hopefully I can keep that whole moving thing going. I'm also going bowling tonight so that is quite a bit for me. Here's to supporting each other, even though we don't really know each other, I know I sure appreciate any support I get. Stay strong all you beautiful people!!
