4 days of being at home :) Indulged in some pizza and ice cream.
Baby, teen and hubby were all sick. Somehow I managed not to get it, yet, anyway. I didn't get much dancing in or much of any exercise this past week. Injured my ankle and knee playing soccer with the kids last Monday. Feels better now. I will get back at it, trying also, to avoid the sun. My skin is so sensitive anymore. Just a 10 minute exposure and my arms and chest will get little blisters. Sunscreen does help some but I don't want to smell like suncreen all day at work, so I've just been avoiding my daily walks. something has to give though, I miss getting out of this place for a while each day.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
