Just got back from the Dr. and the Official Weigh in is....Ta Da....281!!! According to the weight they had me at on friday (288) thats and awesome number for one week!!! Now, I know its better to take the weight off slow, and I know it will slow down, and probably level off at some point, but this initial loss is going to do wonders for my motivation!!!
More from the Dr front, I am going to have to have an MRI of my lower back again, ugh!!! I asked for the open MRI, that regular thing the last time, just about freaked me out!!!
I have a herniated disc and 2 bulging disc's in my lower back...fun. Doc seems to think it may be the cause of the groin pain I've been having . Then it may be off to see the neurosurgeon, depending on the MRI,
Other than that, clean bill of health!!
Now I'm trying to think of something to treat myself with, nothing real big and not food. I know I'll think of something!!!
