okay so I spent most of the summer not following don't eat after 5 rule. But I'm slowly getting back on track my weight has been pretty steady. which kind of sucks because i have continued to exercise but I've been eating way to late and processed junk. but my calories have been low enough to keep my weight in check. now i need to just buckle down and loose these last 8 pounds. wish me luck.
