My coffee takes up a lot of my carbs. I'm almost half way there and I am definitely not done with coffee yet :(

I know where you're coming from on that one!! It isn't the coffee itself...its the creamer!!! Its loaded with carbs. I don't recommend the sugar free...but maybe just cut back on how much you put in each cup? I use liquid creamer, and stevia for my sweetener. To me, its easier to control how much goes in your cup with the liquid. But that is my opinion. Good luck on your diet quest!!! I'm pulling for you!!

But I love my creamy coffee!!!! D: I'm considering switching to real cream for lower carbs, but I'm leery about the fat in it.

I am more concerned with my carbs instead of the fat content in things. I try to switch the type of carb. Like from refined white flour to whole wheat or multigrain. I switched from white rice to brown, and use quinoa when I can, instead of rice. We need fat in our diet to help with brain functions, etc. I try to use real butter, and coconut oil and safflower oil when I cook, and use it of course in moderation!! I only drink 2 cups of Decaf in the morning, and I drink lemon water the rest of the day, until supper. Then I have one can of pepsi throwback..lol! My daily treat!! Keep up the battle!!! I'll be right here with ya!!

I made the switch to real cream to lower my carb intake. This low carb thing better work for me or Imma balloon up from that cream :p
