Monday was very hard work. I really didn't feel like gym, but I persevered and did it anyway. Tuesday was much better. The walk made me feel much better and ready for the day. Wednesday, today was good too. I love this workout but I didn't seem to be able to lift as much as I normally do. The weights felt heavier today somehow.
