14/5早上體重76.7 (早餐:鮪魚漢堡+奶茶/熱量表沒有鮪魚漢堡的熱量就只好大概).. 今天是減肥的第15天.昨天休息一天沒運動,今天要來運動一下了。加油💪🏿
