On my fridge I have a piece of paper with my goal weight written on it.. then everyday I weigh myself and write down on another piece of paper what my weight is and tape it next to my goal weight.. so every time I open that fridge i see that note and tell myself what is more important , snacking on things that I don't need anymore of ,or my goal weight? This helps me keep in mind to stay in my 1500 calories a day and not snack and keep adding on more calories.. Just an idea that might help..
