I'm up early today....I had a friend call., and she was upset about her cat Jack had passed away the day before.. She called me because I had given her the cat when he was a kitten along with his brother Gordy.
I've taken my meds for this morning, had my Advair, and am drinking a cup of coffee adding ingredients to the list here and trying my hand at writing recipes that I use a lot

It is so simple to make., but hard to get into recipe form!!! Especially with adding all the nutrient values and such! But I guess that is the point! now I know how many calories is in a portion of my Tilapia with parmesan and breadcrumb topping~!

This is going to be a life changer for me. It is really helping and getting me focused on what I eat and when, and how much. I remember reading in all the magazines and articles about how journaling helps. Well, duh me!!

I just have to keep this up, and not get lazy with entering my food and exercise. NO CHEATING ALLOWED!!!

I allow myself 1 can of Pepsi Throwback a day. I usually have 2 cups of coffee with creamer and stevia in the morning, and will start drinking lemon water again through out the day.

I usually add 1/4 cup of lemon juice to a gallon of water. Just enough to flavor it.

I also told a cashier at our local Food Lion about this website and the phone and facebook app. She seemed to be really interested, and told me she's been battling the scales for a long time too! And the lady that was in line behind me started looking it up on her phone!!!

now off to try to do some housework, and get some trimming done on my flowerbeds.....
