Thank you Groatmeal, Deborah Kerr, and everyone else for your support, kindness, and suggestions. I will certainly try them. But to answer your question Deborah, I am not doing keto but just trying to make balanced and healthy meals as well as lifestyle changes. Its really hard but I'm gonna keep trying. 💖🌻
