Day 4 nyobain chloe ting. Timbangan ga geser barang satu ons pun. Tp pas pegang perut kok kayanya agak kempesan. Ambil meteran dan ternyata beneran😭😭

kebanyakan gitu kakk, bb sama tapi lemak yang hilang, keganti sama otot mangkanya badan kecilan semua mskpn bb tetap. itu bagus👍

chloe ting itu emg ga menurunkan berat badan, dia ngebantu ngecilin perut buncit, aku aja dulu waktu bb 48 perut aku gede, aku g pernah olahraga punya chloe, tp nemu channel dia, nyoba tuh beberapa minggu bb ku naik jd 52, tp perut tegang, keras bnget kalo di pegang + kecilan🤣
