I weighed myself and after a week of not eating regularly, eating rubbish and having an afternoon in the pub I managed to put on a whole 2lbs- why am I not surprised!

You are so close!!! I have 65-80 pounds to lose you are halfway there, dust yourself off get back on the horse and ride your heart out this time. Cause it is going to throw you but If you let all the set backs bring you down it will make it even harder the road to success is not straight it is curvy crooked and at times backwards. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
