This week the focus on the weight loss challenge was protein. I've really seen a difference in what I eat and my cravings. I need a bit more self control, but for the most part it was a good week. I'm not seeing the big dips on the scale that I would like, but my goal is 50 lbs in 50 weeks, so if I can do the pound a week, I'm ok. I do need to exercise more and perhaps if I add that in I'll be more on my way.

Slow and steady wins the race, right.
92.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
