Resepnya gampang banget kok...
Bahan :
1. Oatmeal quaker kira kira 5sdm (aku pake yg merah) 2. Kubis/kol secukupnya 3. Wortel 4. Jagung 5. Daun seledri 6. Telur 7. Himsalt 8. Baput bubuk 9. Kaldu jamur 10. Lada
/ Cara buat :
1. Oatmeal di blender halus sampai kaya tepung 2. Potong kol, wortel, jagung, seledri kecil2 (kaya buat bakwan biasa)
3. Campurkan adonan oatmeal sama sayuran, masukkan telur dan air secukupnya
4. Tambahkan himsalt, kaldu jamur, lada, baput bubuk
5. Aduk semua bahan sampai rata bumbunya
6. Panggang di teplon api kecil, minyaknya dikit aja (aku pake minyak barco)
Maaf ga terlalu pintar nulis resep hehehehe intinya hampir sama kaya buat bakwan pada umumnya, cuma tepungnya aja diganti sama cara masaknya 😂😂
