Getting closer to my goal. :D Went for a 4 mi jog yesterday and did some push-ups/sit-ups. I think later today I'll go for a short jog and a brisk walk. Just give my body a little bit of rest.. and to change my workout a bit as well. I'm keeping up with my diet and everything seems fine. The hot weather in Cali is making me sluggish though. Avoided pie and a whole bunch of junk food today! Yay for WILLPOWER! But now after losing some of this weight, I realize that I need to start buying new pants... x_x
