Basically having two meals a day.
Cooked breakast - egg, bacon, mushrooms and tomates.
Dinner - meat/fish/chicken/salmon/tuna and salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, spring onions -carnished with a small quantity of grated cheese.)
Drink plenty of water, zero coke cola (almost no sugar - better than diet coke) and only one cup of tea per day (milk & no suger).
Regular exercise is critical and now averaging at least 30 minutes every day walking.
