Hiya, it's great that you're back and I'm certain you'll do well, great weight loss and back on track, focused and ready to go. Please try and keep your food diary up, it is quite easy once you start saving regular meals you have, you just copy them in etc. It has kept me in control so far, slowly but steadily and thanks for setting up the new group too, most like Christmas has a goal to get to...
