oh man, what a day - did ok, up until the point I made baked ziti - haven't made in a while. I used to make it with turkey but them my husband found out and won't eat it anymore - today, I did it again with regular meat and I ended up having some - gosh, of all things to eat - I've should have had a cookie instead. Oh, well. It's a good thing today is over and I can start all over again tomorrow.

Ziti is not the end of the world :) Try usung whole grain noodles next time and very lean ground beef if your husband won't eat the turkey. OR split it up into to smaller baking pans one with turkey and one with meat. Tomato sauce is incredibly good for you as long as it does not have too much sugar.
