Okay, time for me to get back on track. I realized that keeping track of my cals was very helpful and I have not done it consistently lately. I am sick of looking in the mirror and seeing that extra flab that I know does not need to be there!! I just want to sit down and not find myself feeling my stomach and feeling that extra roll that should not be there! How annoying! My stomach used to be flat and rock hard before I had kids, don't think that I will see that again, but I can at least try to get close. Arent you supposed to feel good when you eat, I just feel guilty and disgusted when I do, wishing I did not take that little extra bite. Well okay, got that out...tomorrow is a new day and hope to have a more positive outlook.

Seems you are getting that 'focus and determination' back. I checked out your Diet Calendar and you're doing great! There's nothing on there that you should feel guilty about eating. Keep it up...you're on your way!!
