I hope everyone is staying well, and choosing to build your immunity: healthy fruits and vegetables, fresh air and sunshine, and some exercise.
My eating is better on track, and my exercise is consistent. I have been doing shoulder and back work lately.
My dear husband found this stevia sweetened dark chocolate which is good! Lily brand - and they make many flavors. Nice way to avoid extra sugar!
Goal Calories: For weight loss - 1250 or less (OMAD average 650 or less)
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto
Goals: 2020
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals:
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (current 29.38%) in 2020
*Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2020
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workout
