today was another good day. i am feeling a lot better about my cravings. if i want something sweet, I am going for fruit. Not quite goes with my diet but at least is better than eating cookies.

Thats a really good thing to be doing methinks. I remember not having any sugar in my tea (Im from the UK -can you tell? lol) for a few days, and then when I ate an apple, being completely bowled over by how sweet it was! It also works with salt, I used to go OTT on salt, then after I laid off for a couple of days, I could taste it in everything! I couldn't eat bacon, because it was too salty for me. You are doing great xxx
