晚餐
韓式泡菜海鮮煎餅,用低碳燕麥粉(50g淨碳12.9)取代煎餅粉,煎起來厚度大概有1.5公分,所以飽足感夠,搭黑豆茶。
(希望睡前嘴巴不要犯賤又吃零食🤣🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
