Today was soooo rough! I was soooo sick today i think i got food posioning or something because i have not been that violently ill in years!! Ans on the same day i get really sick, its also that time of the month lol! Which explained my unexplained weight gain the other day. All i could end up holding down today was water and crackers. So im sure i went over my 20 net carbs with like 10-15 saltines but oh well. Im sure i wont have a loss this week now but im going to kick a** next week! (thats what i have to tell myself not to get all bummed out lol) Night all!
