The last couple of days have been really hard to get thru. But the good news is I was able to force myself out of bed. I didn't skip any work (I did leave at 2:30 on Wed but that dosen't count). I haven't gotten much else done from lack of energy and being depressed. I did force myself to walk everyday and I did eat reasonably well. Did feed the kids fast food a couple nights due to time constaints but did not order any for myself. I did finish my sons fries last night and boy where the good. Why does everything that taste so good have to be full of fat and calories. It sucks!!!!!
