아침에 잰 체중이 왜 잠깐 늘었다가 운동후에 확 빠져버리는걸까..
땀으로 수분이 빠져나가는건가?

<오늘자 체중변화>
77.8(아침) - 78.3(밤) - 77.7(운동후)
77.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
