Yep, Friday didn't turn out to be such a great day for me. Had another quiz & made a 60, and I studied hard for this one! So depressing, I contacted my instructor but really didn't get much there either. I REALLY need to meet with him, kind of hard to do right now. Maybe I should just drop the class? Anyway, I'm wondering if there's such a thing as a "low-calorie binge," because I've been bingeing. 1 bag air-popped popcorn, a 3 oz cup of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream, and three Dove dark chocolate squares. I mean, could have been worse - potato chips & a Snickers ice cream bar, right??? Well okay, enough of this. Tomorrow's another day, right?
