I work a 4 days on then 2 days off schedule at my job. I usually do great on the days I work and then not so great on my 2 days off. As a result I often gain a pound or 2 on my days off.....but not this time! I was determined not to gain. I stuck to it and this time after I had my two days off I actually lost a little weight. YEAH!!! All my hard work is paying off and it is SOOOOO worth it. When I finally get this weight off I am taking a vow to never put it back on again! I have definitly found that the older you get, the harder it is to lose the weight. I have to work twice as hard to take it off than I did years ago when I was trying to lose weight. But I will keep pressing on toward the goal! I will be victorious!!!!!
