@nada : 2 bulan awal, no karbo no gula/pemanis buatan...
Kedua, olahraga rutin 3-4x seminggu.. olahraga apa aja sesuai selera, yg penting tubuh bergerak,berkeringat n ngbakar kalori...😁😁😁

Sgala macam sayur (dikukus/rebus) + sambel terasi😂😂 lauknya cukup tahu/tempe aja.. abis ayam/daging mahal😂😂.. malem sebelum tidur minum aer rebusan jahe + lemon
