doing well with IF but not losing....although I haven't weighed since 201.5 lb. I am eating alot after breaking usually a 16-18 hr fast. Today's fast is a 20 hr fast. Took a 40 min bike ride in this beautiful Spring. Covid is wreaking havoc, so it is impertive to stay active....but depression and lethary are rampant, not just for me. Still on lock down. Calif is doing well with controlling it.
