Peanut butter and rhubarb cake (not together) put me over what I my calorie goal yesterday. Now the mission today is to do better because I know I can.
I did get a workout in this morning and my foot is feeling okay. It was mainly and upper body workout, so not much to hurt the foot, and tomorrow is abs and yoga, so I'm hoping with rest my foot will heal quicker.
Today I had a small victory. My hubby bought me a pair of pants as a gift in February, they were too tight but I forgot to return them so they've been in my closet. I tried them on today and they fit!! I'm wearing them for work and they are comfortable. Woo hoo!! Those small victories can be the best!
