I sure could use some encouraging numbers on the scale. I'm actually afraid to weigh in because I don't want to be disappointed and discouraged if I haven't lost weight. The scale has much power to affect my mood (sigh).

The power is you not the scale instead of feeling guilty say to yourself " I have done so much will do more..its me and I will enjoy the ride of shedding the pounds.." Go for it I believe in you!!!!
